Lesley de Repentigny Technology Panelist at TTSAO2020

Lesley de Repentigny will be a panelist talking about technology in transportation at the 5th annual TTSAO Conference.

Lesley is the president and CEO of DriveWise, and one half of the vision behind the DriveWise enterprise. With her husband and business partner, Martin, they have successfully deployed more than 100 simulation-based driver improvement programs. With their business partners, they effectively train 30,000 Canadians annually on DriveWise education programs.

Lesley began her career as an Air Traffic Control officer in the Canadian Forces, where she developed her passion for the importance of high level training. After her career in the Forces, Lesley held senior management positions in a world leading aerospace training company Adacel.

As the CEO of DriveWise, Lesley has led her team to numerous awards for performance excellence. DriveWise is two-time recipients of Canadian Awards of Training Excellence. Lesley has twice been named to the Profit w100, honouring Canada’s top women CEOs and the Women in Business Visionary Award. Lesley is also a recipient of a Brock University Alumni of Distinction award for her cutting-edge work in aerospace and road safety. In addition to her University degree, Lesley is a Certified Training and Development Professional and has certifications in Teaching and Training Adults, The Kirkpatrick 4 Levels and Competency Based Education.  Lesley and her team heavily participate in community give back projects
