Dave is the President and Owner of Revolution Staffing started in 2005, Revolution Staffing is an employment agency specializing in hiring Professional AZ and DZ Drivers for Transportation Companies.

In 2017 he started Essential Staffing, an employment agency focused on helping companies find skilled trades people. Dave has been involved in the trucking industry as a member of the Ontario Trucking Association, Hamilton Transportation Club, Toronto Transportation Club, and the Toronto Trucking Association. Dave is involved in giving back to the industry as he serves on the board of Directors for the TTA, and TFC Global, and in his community by serving on the boards of his local church Harvest Bible Chapel – Barrie and Freedom Global Outreach an organization with 3 orphanages in Haiti.


Dave’s passion for helping people can be seen in both his work endeavours and his community involvement. Dave and his wife Ronda have been married for 28 years, they have 3 adult children and live in Barrie, ON. In the summers you’ll find him swinging in the hammock at the cottage or pulling skiers and wakeboarders behind his boat, in the winter months he and Ronda like to travel to places where they forget about winter all together.
