The Management Cycle for CompliancyPlus was conceived by Grant Conrad in October 2016, who with 18 years of experience in the transportation industry, realized the absolute need for a service that both supports the Hours of Service regulations using Telematics and assisting Drivers to remain compliant and productive so that Carriers can to continue to make on-time deliveries using ELD’s when the December 18th, 2017 ELD Mandate came into effect. In early 2017 David Parker, with over 20 years of software integration and technical support experience, joined Grant in providing the needed technical background to complete CompliancyPlus’s administrative service and Management Cycle, which today is fully functional and completely scale-able. David during the past few years prior to joining CompliancyPlus also realized the negative impact that automated H.O.S. records would make on an industry that was unprepared and untrained in the use of Telematics. Working in the Telematics industry, David had the foresight to realize the need to fully understand all three H.O.S. rule sets even as a technical support specialist, and fully embraced them all. David has now moved on but his legacy remains as one of the founding team members at CompliancyPlus.

Thanks to David’s contribution, CompliancyPlus today is in short, the seamless integration of the experience and knowledge gained from both the Telematics Industry and the Transportation Industry evolving into one solution.

A service solution that is simply “the missing piece of the puzzle”.
